How to apply?

Application deadline for summer term 2024: 15 March 2024 (EU students), 15 January 2024 (Non-EU students)
EU students send their application to hps-plus@rub.de
Non-EU students have to apply online. Important note: during the online application process, you get the option to upload an essay as well as language certificates and a CV. These uploads are mandatory, even if the form says that they are optional.
